Will Paul Biya’s trip to Bamenda Solve the Anglophone Grievances? 

After failed attempts by Ministers and other government officials to restore calm in South West and North West, A possible Presidential trip to Bamenda is on the minds and lips of every Anglophone and Francophone Cameroonian.







After threats of the academic year to be cancelled, youths who were detained in Yaounde were released. According to sources closed to parents, its reported that some parents didn’t find their children .

Rumours have been spreading like wild fire that President Biya Will make a stop in Bamenda to dialogue with Anglophone leaders.




After making it categorical that ‘Cameroon is one and indivisible’ we can assume that the essence of this trip is to send students and teachers back to School.

 From all indications, the school year will be cancelled and students will face the immediate consequences. What should we expect from this presuppose visit?
